Privacy policy

Every flashcard, quiz, mock interview and cheat sheet is free and needs no account. If you never sign in, we never learn who you are: the cards you mark and the scores you earn stay in your own browser's local storage and never reach our servers.

The flip side is that clearing your browser data erases that progress, and we cannot restore it. Signing in is what makes it recoverable.

Three things, and nothing beyond them:

• Your email address. Whether you use an email link, Google or GitHub, we receive one verified address. From Google and GitHub we ask for nothing else — not your name, not your avatar, not your repositories or contacts.
• Your progress. Which questions you marked as known or to review.
• Your results. Each completed quiz, flashcard round and mock interview: the score, how long it took, and a per-topic breakdown, which is what the weakness report is built from.

We do not build a profile from your IP address, and we do not record which pages you read.

If you hand over an address to receive a cheat sheet, we store that address and the page you gave it on, so we know which material to send. We use it for that material and nothing else — no rented lists, no resale. Ask us at contact@gneuroneai.com and we remove it.

Paid downloads go through Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's own systems and never touch our servers, so we could not see them if we wanted to. What we keep is the order itself: which product, the amount, whether it was paid, the Stripe reference and the address used at checkout.

• Vercel hosts the site and keeps short-lived request logs.
• Supabase holds the accounts and the database.
• Resend delivers the sign-in and cheat sheet emails.
• Stripe handles payments.
• Google and GitHub are involved only if you choose one of those buttons, and only to confirm your address.
• Vercel Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying anyone.
• Google Analytics runs only if you accepted it, and never otherwise. See the next section.

That is the complete list. The site carries no advertising, and we never sell or share your data.

Signing in sets one cookie, the session that keeps you signed in. Nothing else is written to your device unless you allow it.

We measure audience in two ways, and they are not equivalent. Vercel Analytics counts page views without any cookie and without building a profile, so it runs for everyone. Google Analytics does set cookies and does profile the visit, so it loads only after you accept it in the banner. Decline and the script is never fetched at all — not loaded then muted, simply absent.

Your answer is remembered in your browser's local storage. Clear your site data and we will ask again. There is no advertising cookie anywhere on the site.

On servers in the United States, in Amazon's us-east-1 region, which is where our database and authentication run. We are based in Quebec, Canada. Using the site therefore means your data is processed outside Canada and is subject to the laws of the country where it is stored.

Your progress and results last as long as your account does. Ask for deletion and the account and everything attached to it is removed within 30 days, backups included as they rotate.

Purchase records are the exception: accounting and tax rules oblige us to keep proof of sales for several years, so those stay even after the account is gone.

You may ask to see what we hold, to correct it, to have it deleted, to withdraw your consent or to receive a copy in a portable format. Write to contact@gneuroneai.com and we answer within 30 days.

If our answer does not satisfy you, residents of Quebec may complain to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, and anyone else to the data protection authority of their own country.

The site prepares people for professional interviews and is not aimed at children under 14. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will remove it.

The date at the top changes whenever this page does. If a change materially affects what we collect or who receives it, we will say so on the site rather than quietly amending the text.
